Our approach
What are biostimulators?
At DGB Clinic, biostimulators encourage your skin’s own collagen and elastin production for gradual, natural-looking improvements.
We select from three products based on your anatomy and goals:
Radiesse (calcium hydroxylapatite) : offers initial support and gradual biostimulation for areas such as the jawline, neck or body.
Sculptra (poly-L-lactic acid): gradually stimulates collagen in the face and selected body areas.
HArmonyCa (CaHA and hyaluronic acid): combines an immediate effect with longer-term collagen stimulation.
Treatment time:
30 to 60 min
Downtime:
Mild redness or swelling for 24 to 72 hours. A quick return to social activities.

Treatment goals
Firm, redefine and renew without overcorrecting
Collagen levels decline with age and can change more quickly around menopause. Skin may lose firmness, density and definition. Biostimulators encourage the body to make new collagen, supporting gradual improvement.
The technique:
The product is placed with a cannula at a depth chosen for your goals: more superficially to support skin quality or deeper to restore structure.
Benefits:
Gradual results that respect your features.
Long-lasting improvements in firmness and skin quality.
Can be used on the face and selected body areas.

Expected results
Immediate effect
Early biostimulation effects may appear after four to six weeks and continue to develop over several months.
Evolution :
Mild swelling or small bruises at injection sites usually resolve within 24 to 72 hours. The carrier gel in Radiesse and HArmonyCa can add temporary volume at first; this is not the final result.
Duration:
Results generally last 12 to 24 months, depending on the product, area and your metabolism. One to three sessions may be recommended.
