Our approach
What is Forever Young BBL photorejuvenation?
At DGB Clinic, we use Sciton’s BroadBand Light (BBL) platform for advanced light-based skin care. Forever Young BBL builds on conventional IPL with even energy delivery, enhanced cooling and precise settings to improve overall skin quality.
This treatment addresses three main concerns:
Dark spots and hyperpigmentation: selected wavelengths target melanin to reduce sun spots, lentigines and uneven pigmentation.
Redness and visible vessels: targets oxyhemoglobin to reduce diffuse redness, rosacea-related redness and visible small vessels.
Skin quality and signs of aging: controlled heat stimulates collagen and elastin for firmer, brighter, smoother-looking skin.
Treatment time:
30 to 60 min
Downtime:
Return to social activities right away. Dark spots may temporarily darken before naturally flaking away over 7 to 14 days.

Expected results
Immediate effect
Radiance may be noticeable soon after treatment. Dark spots can temporarily deepen in colour over 24 to 48 hours before gradually flaking away.
Evolution :
Skin gradually looks more even and radiant. Improvements in firmness, texture and brightness can continue for four to eight weeks as collagen renewal progresses. Results build from session to session.
Duration:
An initial series of three to five sessions, three to four weeks apart, may be recommended. Maintenance once or twice a year can help sustain results and address new sun damage.
