Our approach
What is microneedling?
At DGB Clinic, microneedling—also called collagen induction therapy—creates controlled microchannels in the skin with fine medical-grade needles. This triggers the skin’s repair process and encourages collagen and elastin production.
Treatment plans can be tailored for several areas:
Face: fine lines, under-eye concerns, laxity, scars and uneven texture.
Scalp: hair loss and reduced density.
Body: stretch marks and skin laxity on the abdomen, décolleté, thighs or arms.
Treatment time:
60 to 90 min
Downtime:
Mild redness for 24 to 48 hours. Return to social activities soon after.

Treatment goals
Skin laxity, wrinkles, dark circles and skin quality
Microneedling can improve overall skin quality without a more invasive procedure. By supporting tissue renewal, it may soften fine lines and the appearance of some scars, improve texture and support firmer-looking skin. Microchannels may also help selected serums penetrate the skin.
The technique:
A medical-grade device creates precise channels at depths of 0.5 to 2.5 mm, depending on the treatment area.
Benefits:
Stimulates natural collagen and elastin production without injections.
Can be tailored for the face, scalp or body.
May suit many skin types and tones after assessment.

Expected results
Immediate effect
Skin may look brighter within 48 hours as the initial redness fades and its texture begins to smooth.
Evolution :
More noticeable changes appear after four to six weeks as collagen renewal progresses. Improvements may continue for two to three months after a full series.
Duration:
An initial series of three or four sessions, three to six weeks apart, is often recommended. Hair loss or stretch marks may call for four to six sessions. Annual maintenance can help sustain results.
