Mesotherapy

Our approach

What is mesotherapy?

At DGB Clinic, mesotherapy delivers small doses of vitamins, amino acids, minerals, antioxidants and non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid directly into the dermis to support hydration and skin quality.

The goal is refreshment rather than a change in facial volume or features. Skin may look more radiant, even and supple.

Formulas are tailored to each person and treatment area. One option is NCTF 135 HA, a blend of 53 ingredients used to hydrate and support skin renewal.

Treatment goals

Refresh, brighten and renew without changing your features

Mesotherapy delivers hydrating ingredients into the skin through small injections. It may improve uneven texture and tone without adding volume or changing facial contours.

Treatment may focus on fine lines, skin quality, delicate under-eye tissue or the texture of stretch marks, depending on your assessment.

The technique:

Multiple tiny deposits are placed with a fine needle or cannula in the dermis. The depth and method are adjusted for the area and goals.

Benefits:

  • Skin may look more rested and radiant after one session.

  • Texture, firmness and brightness can improve across a series.

  • No added facial volume or change to your features.

effects & longevity

Expected results

Immediate effect

Some people notice better hydration and radiance after one session. Texture, firmness and fine lines may improve over the series, often after three sessions.

Evolution :

Mild redness or tenderness at injection sites may occur for a few hours. Skin may look slightly pink right after treatment.

Duration:

Three to six sessions spaced two to four weeks apart may be recommended. Effects may last several months, with maintenance two to four times a year. Mesotherapy can complement skin boosters, biostimulators or laser care.

FAQ

Your questions, answered

How often should sessions be repeated?

An initial series of three to six sessions, every two to four weeks, is recommended. Two to four maintenance sessions a year can help preserve skin quality and results. The schedule is tailored at your consultation.

Is the treatment painful?

No. A local anaesthetic in the formula makes treatment comfortable for most patients. Mild tingling is common, and no additional anaesthetic is needed.

Does mesotherapy help with stretch marks?

Mesotherapy delivers regenerative ingredients to stretch marks to stimulate collagen in weakened skin and improve their appearance. Results build gradually and may be enhanced with microneedling or biostimulators.

How is mesotherapy different from a skin booster?

Both treatments use non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid to hydrate skin. Mesotherapy also delivers vitamins, amino acids, minerals and antioxidants for added nourishment and renewal. The two treatments can complement each other.
